Cinlot ("the platform", "we") provides AI image and video generation. This Acceptable Use Policy ("this policy") applies to all content generated, uploaded, stored, or distributed through the platform, including prompts. Everyone who uses Cinlot must follow it.
1. Scope
This policy covers:
- Images: AI-generated or edited pictures and illustrations.
- Video: AI-generated or edited video.
- User input (prompts): text instructions and uploaded reference images submitted for generation.
2. Prohibited categories
You must not use the service to generate any of the following six categories:
- Pornographic / NSFW content.
- Violent / gory content.
- Hate speech.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualized content involving minors.
- Deepfakes / impersonation of a real person.
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
Adult / NSFW content is forbidden on this product. It is not offered under an age gate.
2.1 Zero tolerance
The following is removed immediately when found. We may report it to competent authorities:
- CSAM or any sexual content involving a minor.
- Content that promotes or assists terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
- Instructions for producing weapons of mass destruction.
- Incitement to genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes of a real person.
2.2 Restricted uses

- Medical, legal, or financial advice, which must not be presented as professional opinion.
2.3 Other prohibited conduct
- Generating or spreading false information.
- Impersonating a real person, brand, or institution.
- Infringing intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy.
- Passing AI content off as human-created in order to deceive.
- Bulk spam or fraudulent content.
- Jailbreak prompts intended to bypass safety systems.
3. How we moderate
We combine automated checks on prompts, reference images, and generated media with human review of reports. We do not claim a dedicated 24/7 trust-and-safety shift. Operators review reports sent to [email protected].
3.1 Automated checks
- Input — ShuMei (数美, ishumei) reviews every prompt (text risk) and any reference image before generation. Rejected or review-required verdicts do not generate.
- Input — Waffo Pancake Prompt Sift (scan-prompt) also runs on every prompt. Generation continues only when the verdict is allow. block, review, and service-degraded verdicts do not generate.
- Input — a local keyword filter blocks obvious CSAM and NSFW terms.
- Input — when enabled, OpenAI omni-moderation also scores the prompt and any reference image.
- Output — generated images and videos are reviewed by ShuMei (数美, ishumei). Non-compliant results are not delivered.
- Model providers also apply their own safety filters. Reported outputs are reviewed by operators.
3.2 Human review
- Reports sent to [email protected] are reviewed by platform operators.
- Clear automated blocks fail the task and refund the credits for that job.
- Operators periodically sample generations to check the automated filters.
3.3 Severity
| Level | Examples | Handling |
|---|---|---|
| L1 severe | Child safety, terrorism | Block immediately; report to authorities where required |
| L2 high | NSFW, gore, hate, deepfake, IP abuse | Block or remove; may suspend the account |
| L3 medium | Other policy breaches | Warn and remove |
| L4 low | Minor issues found via reports | Warn and require a change |
4. Reporting
Report any of the following to [email protected], subject line "Content report":
- Content or behaviour that violates this policy.
- Child-safety or terrorism issues.
- AI impersonation or infringement of your rights.
We keep reporter identity confidential so far as law allows. Reports are reviewed on the merits. Abusive or false reports may themselves be actioned.
5. Reporting channel
- Attended inbox: [email protected] (subject "Content report"). Include the content URL or task id, your account email, and a short description.
- The same address is listed in the Terms of Service and site footer.
We list only this channel because it is attended. Do not use unmonitored addresses.
6. Response times
| Level | First response | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| L1 severe | Within 24 hours | Within 3 business days |
| L2 high | Within 2 business days | Within 5 business days |
| L3 medium | Within 3 business days | Within 7 business days |
| L4 low | Within 5 business days | Within 15 business days |
If we need more time we will say so. Flow: receive report → grade L1–L4 → review → decide → apply the decision in Terms section 13 → notify where we have contact details.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity we may warn, remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently close an account, and report illegal L1 activity to law enforcement. Those account-level measures are the ones in Terms section 13.
8. Appeals
If you disagree with a decision, write to [email protected] with the subject "Appeal" within 14 days of notice, and include any scan request id we gave you. A reviewer who did not make the first decision will reconsider within 10 business days.
9. Policy changes
Material changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after they take effect is acceptance. We do not currently publish a periodic transparency report.
